    • 7 minutes: Presentation of slides.

  2. Language: Both the presentation slides and the oral delivery must be in English.
  3. Registration & Verification: On your first day at the conference, head to the Registration Desk. Additionally, confirm with the secretariat that your presentation slides have been uploaded and are accessible.
  4. Slide Modification: No modifications or updates to the presentation slides will be permitted after the registration desk closes.
  5. Session Room Facilities: Each presentation room (parallel session room) will be equipped with a laptop, projector, screen, microphone, and a wireless laser pointer/presenter.

To ensure a smooth delivery and maximum visual impact, please design your presentation slides according to the following specifications:

File format: Microsoft PowerPoint format (.pptx)
Orientation: Landscape (Widescreen 16:9 )
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI

Slide Structure

Your presentation slides should generally include the following core components:

  1. Title Slide: Title of the study, Presenter’s Name, and Institutional Affiliation.
  2. Background / Introduction: Research background and objectives.
  3. Methodology: Research design, materials, and methods used.
  4. Results & Discussion: Main findings and discussion.
  5. Conclusion: Summary of outcomes and future recommendations.
  6. Acknowledgment (if applicable).

Submission Process

  1. Submission Method: Presenters must submit their final slides via the official Google Form link provided by the secretariat.
  2. Submission Deadline: All final slides must be uploaded on or before [15 August 2026].

Poster Presentation Guidelines (e-Poster)

All poster presentations at this conference will be delivered entirely in digital format (e-Posters). There will be no physical poster boards. E-Posters will be displayed on interactive digital platforms throughout the event.

Please review and adhere to the following instructions carefully to ensure your e-Poster meets all technical and academic standards.

Content & Structural Requirements

Your e-Poster must be designed as a single, static file and must include the following core components:

  1. Title – Must be the same as submitted
  2. Authors & Institutional Affiliations
    • Include the full names of all authors and their respective institutions.
    • Please underline the name of the presenting author.
  3. Content Structure-
    • Introduction/Background
    • Objectives
    • Methodology
    • Results & Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • Acknowledgments (if applicable)
  4. Language & Proofreading: It is the presenting author’s responsibility to ensure that the poster is free from typographical and grammatical errors prior to submission.
