- Presentation Slot: Each presenter is allocated a total of 10 minutes
• 7 minutes: Presentation of slides.
• 3 minutes: Question and Answer (Q&A) session - Language: Both the presentation slides and the oral delivery must be in English.
- Registration & Verification: On your first day at the conference, head to the Registration Desk. Additionally, confirm with the secretariat that your presentation slides have been uploaded and are accessible.
- Slide Modification: No modifications or updates to the presentation slides will be permitted after the registration desk closes.
- Session Room Facilities: Each presentation room (parallel session room) will be equipped with a laptop, projector, screen, microphone, and a wireless laser pointer/presenter.

Slide Structure
Your presentation slides should generally include the following core components:
- Title Slide: Title of the study, Presenter’s Name, and Institutional Affiliation.
- Background / Introduction: Research background and objectives.
- Methodology: Research design, materials, and methods used.
- Results & Discussion: Main findings and discussion.
- Conclusion: Summary of outcomes and future recommendations.
- Acknowledgment (if applicable).
Submission Process
- Submission Method: Presenters must submit their final slides via the official Google Form link provided by the secretariat.
- Submission Deadline: All final slides must be uploaded on or before [15 August 2026].
Poster Presentation Guidelines (e-Poster)
All poster presentations at this conference will be delivered entirely in digital format (e-Posters). There will be no physical poster boards. E-Posters will be displayed on interactive digital platforms throughout the event.
