Conference Fees

You are welcomed to participate as a presenting participant or as normal participant.

	In-person Event
Student	RM 300
Professional	RM 400

• This is an in-person conference that will be held at the Iconic Marjorie Hotel, Penang, Malaysia.
  • Poster presentations are in a digital format only.
  • Oral presentations must be conducted in-person.
• Student is defined as an undergraduate or postgraduate student (MSc or PhD).
• Professional is defined as non-students from academia or industry.
• The conference fee is the same for all delegates, local and international participants.
• The abstract submission deadline is 31 July 2026 for presenting participants.
• There is no deadline for non-presenting participants.
  However, only cash or local purchase order will be accepted for conference day walk-in registrations.

The conference fee will grant you:

• One full access to the two-day conference.
• Access to all presentations.
• Certification recognition/participation.
• Publication of abstract in the MDBD conference proceeding.
• All participants will receive:
  • Conference kit
  • Lunch
  • Tea/coffee and snacks
